The Hidden Hill of Himachal
The hidden gem of Himachal is the Barot Valley , an offbeat place without the huge crowd, but at the same time possessing the same hill station aura. It is breathtakingly beautiful. We were initially staying in 33 degrees and suddenly reached a place where the temperature was 12 degrees. We were awestruck by the gigantic Uhl river which was flowing all through the town, and it felt like it was with us throughout the journey giving us company. There was a full filmy feel.(Alexa play yeh haseen waadiyann!) We reached our guest house which was like a haunted house of the movies(I am a movie lover 😅), it had an archaic look, big fireplace, and a scary housekeeper too!
